Probe metrology gives us an accuracy of 12 microns, allowing to check and certify all types of dimensions and measurements.

With this tool, dimensions and measurements can be obtained which would be, practically, unfeasible with traditional methods, being able to check different separations of planes and degrees between them, as well as concentricity of circles, radii of arcs, etc
